Tangshan Yongfeng Roll Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 and was formerly known as Tangshan Fengrun District Yongfeng Roll Factory. The company is located in Tangshan City, which is a window city for economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, a central city in the Bohai Rim region, a new industrialization base in the Bohai Rim region, and one of the industrial bases of Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan. It is adjacent to Chengtang Expressway, Beijing-Harbin Expressway and Beijing-Qinhuangdao Railway, enjoying significant geographical and transportation advantages.
After more than two decades of in-depth development, Yongfeng has grown into a benchmark enterprise with an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of rolls, an output value of 1 billion yuan, and fixed assets of 925 million yuan. It focuses on casting rolls for section steel and strip rolling mills and is committed to becoming a professional supplier in this niche market.
Equipment capacity
Smelting: 3 sets of medium-frequency furnace groups (20t ×2, 15t ×5, 8t ×3, 5T ×3, 3T ×1), 1 50-ton electric arc furnace (under construction), 1 60-ton LF refining furnace, 1 100-ton VD refining furnace (under construction).
Casting: 8 large, medium and small horizontal centrifuges, 1 vertical centrifuge, 1 disc centrifuge
heat treatment: 102 high and low temperature resistance heat treatment furnaces and differential temperature heat treatment furnaces, precisely matching the performance requirements of various rolls.
Machining: German large CNC grinding machine, MK84160× 8m CNC grinding machine, large CNC lathe, milling machine and other sets of precision equipment to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
Inspection: American Thermo Fisher Metal analyzer, American LECO oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen combined analyzers, German Leica DMi8 microscope, ultrasonic flaw detector, Swiss Leica AT500 laser tracker, etc., to achieve full-process quality control from raw materials to finished products.

The company has a technical research and development team consisting of one professor-level senior engineer, nine senior engineers, and 21 engineers and technicians. It also collaborates with many universities and scientific research institutions to continuously promote product upgrades and technological breakthroughs.

has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification, and has established a brand management department to build a complete strategic brand management system.
