Testing Capabilities
The company's testing centre and laboratory are equipped with state-of-the-art testing equipment from leading international brands, including American Thermo Fisher metal analyzers, LECO oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen combined analyzers, German Leica DMi8 optical microscopes, ultrasonic flaw detectors, Swiss Leica AT500 laser trackers, etc., it can monitor the physical and chemical properties, internal defects and geometric accuracy of the entire process from raw materials to finished products, providing data guarantee for zero-defect delivery of products.
Manufacturing equipment smelting:
3 sets of medium-frequency furnace groups, one 50-ton electric arc furnace, one LF+VD refining furnace group lay a solid foundation for high-quality molten steel.
Heat treatment: 102 high and low temperature resistance heat treatment furnaces and differential temperature heat treatment furnaces can precisely meet the performance requirements of different specifications of rolls.
Machining: A complete set of precision machine tools imported from Germany, including large CNC grinders, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, etc., to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality of products.
