Yongfeng Roll specializes in the production of rolled profile steel and strip mill rolls as its core products. Over the years, the company has remained dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of cast rolls, striving to become a leading supplier in this field. In tandem with the rapid development of China's steel industry, the company has consistently prioritized product innovation and technological advancement. It has now grown into a leading enterprise in the industry, with an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons of rolling mill rolls, an annual output value of 1 billion yuan, and fixed assets totaling 925 million yuan.

The company is equipped with state-of-the-art metallurgical facilities, including three sets of medium-frequency furnace clusters, one 50-tonne electric arc furnace, and one set of LF+VD refining furnace clusters, laying a solid foundation for the production of high-quality molten steel. The heat treatment process is equipped with 102 high-temperature and low-temperature resistance-type heat treatment furnaces and differential temperature furnaces, precisely meeting the performance requirements of rollers of various specifications; the machining process features a complete set of precision machine tools imported from Germany, including large CNC grinding machines, large CNC lathes, and CNC milling machines, ensuring product dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
